Try a consistent, calming bedtime routine with clear, predictable steps — for example: “We read two books, sing one song, then one hug, and then it’s sleep time.” Stick to the same sequence every night so your baby knows what to expect.

If they ask for more, respond warmly but firmly: “I know you want more stories. We’ll read more tomorrow. Right now it’s sleep time. I love you. Goodnight.” Keep the room quiet and dimly lit to help them wind down.
